Finally, after the roller coaster performance of the last two-three weeks, we have now found our final four team, which will now play in the Qualifier and Eliminators.
The tenth season of CCL started in Dubai two weeks ago, in which the first match was played between Mumbai Heroes and Kerala Strikers, and the most exciting and last game of the league stage took place on the home ground of Kerala Strikers.
At one point, it seemed that we would get our top-four position even before the end of the league stage, but it did not happen; the final team was decided in the last match of the league stage.
Karnataka Bulldozers was the only team that had not lost a single match, but coming into the last match of their league stage, they too had to face defeat, and in our three final top 3 teams, all of them won three out of four matches and got six points, making them the top 3 in the points table. But the fourth position was decided on the basis of the net run rate.
Chennai Rhinos secured the fourth position and showed the way out to four-time winners Telugu Warriors from the playoffs.
